The vibrant energy of the area is complemented by buskers and local artists, enhancing the charm of Split’s animated outdoor lifestyle.
Exploring further into the city's historical heart, I visited the impressive Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located merely 3 kilometers away. This ancient palace, built for the Roman emperor Diocletian in the 4th century, is a true marvel of architecture and history. Walking through its well-preserved walls, I felt like I had stepped back in time.
