During my recent vacation in Makarska, I was enchanted by the stunning natural beauty and vibrant atmosphere that the coastal town exudes. Nestled along the Dalmatian coast, Makarska is renowned for its beautiful beaches, picturesque waterfront, and the dramatic backdrop of the Biokovo mountain range. One of the highlights of my stay was Bilosevac, a lovely beach just 2 kilometers away, where I spent time soaking up the sun and enjoying the clear, azure waters. Within walking distance, the beautiful Plaza FKK (1 km away) offered an idyllic setting for those seeking a naturalist experience, while the nearby Krvavica Beach (just 1 km distant) captivated visitors with its tranquil ambiance and lovely pebble shoreline.

For adventure seekers, Makarska is a paradise full of thrilling activities. I had the chance to try parasailing, an exhilarating experience just 3 kilometers from my accommodation, providing unparalleled views of the Adriatic Sea and the stunning coastline. Afterward, I relaxed at Makarska Beach, also 3 km away, where the lively atmosphere and a variety of cafés and shops added to the delightful experience. Exploring further, I found Ratac Beach, which invited me for a swim and offered an escape from the busier tourist spots. For dog owners, the pet-friendly Plaza za pse Ramova, located just 0.5 km from my base, was a wonderful place for a leisurely stroll.

In addition to the beautiful beaches, my trip allowed me to discover some cultural landmarks in the vicinity. Just 2 kilometers away, the Vepric Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes stood as a serene site, offering a moment of reflection amidst the natural beauty. Another nearby gem was Plaza Cvitacka, a charming beach located only 1 kilometer from town, perfect for a more intimate beach experience. Each corner of Makarska beckoned exploration and adventure, leaving me with cherished memories of this enchanting Croatian destination.
