During my recent vacation in Makarska, I was captivated by the stunning beauty of this coastal town, nestled between the sparkling Adriatic Sea and the majestic Biokovo Mountain range. The nearby City Museum and the unique Malacological Museum, both just 1 km away, offered deeper insights into the area's heritage and natural history.

For those seeking adventure beyond the beaches, the stunning Nature Park Biokovo is only 3 km from Makarska, where hiking trails lead to panoramic views and the chance to explore diverse wildlife. I found myself drawn to the grandeur of Biokovo Mountain, which rises majestically above the town, providing a dramatic backdrop to my vacation. Additionally, the shopping experience at the St. Nikola shopping center, just 1 km away, allowed me to pick up local crafts and souvenirs, rounding out a perfect day of exploration in this charming Croatian gem.
