During my vacation in Split, I was mesmerized by the vibrant atmosphere and rich history that the city has to offer. Just a short stroll from my accommodation, I discovered Froggyland, a unique museum featuring an impressive collection of stuffed frogs posed in various amusing scenarios. This quirky attraction, along with the Live Museum Split, provided a delightful contrast to the historical landmarks that surrounded me. The area is also home to the Church of Saint Martin and the Split City Museum, both of which reflect the city's medieval past and add to the captivating cultural tapestry of Split.

A stone's throw from these attractions, the majestic Cathedral of Saint Domnius, with its iconic bell tower, stood as a testament to Split's ancient Roman heritage. Nearby, the Ethnographic Museum offered fascinating insights into the region’s traditions and way of life, while the bustling Split Port served as a lively entry point for ferries and boats, connecting the mainland to the enchanting nearby islands. These landmarks, all within 0.3 kilometers, made exploring the city a seamless experience, allowing me to immerse myself in the rich history and vibrant culture of Split. Each location, whether whimsical or historical, contributed to an unforgettable getaway filled with lasting memories.
