The area surrounding Split offers a variety of activities and modern conveniences, making it an excellent base for my explorations. Just 1 kilometer from the city, the beautiful Beach Camp Stobrec provided a perfect escape for a relaxing day by the sea. For those looking for a more urban experience, the Wettpunkt City Centar One and the Salona Mall, located just 2 and 4 kilometers away, respectively, offered ample shopping and dining options. Additionally, there was a nearby location to enjoy some gaming at the Merit Casino Grand Lav, 3 kilometers from the center, catering to those seeking entertainment just outside the busy tourist spots.

As sports enthusiasts, my companions and I took the opportunity to visit the Sports Hall of Fame Museum, located 4 kilometers away, where we learned about the rich sports culture of Croatia. The museum highlights the achievements of the country's athletes across various disciplines, blending local pride with historical context. Furthermore, a quick stop at Lidl Makarska, situated 2 kilometers from our accommodation, allowed us to stock up on supplies and fresh produce, making our vacation even more enjoyable.
