Nestled in the heart of the town, these apartments provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the area. The Madrugada Apartments offered spacious and well-equipped accommodations, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The friendly staff were always available to assist with any queries or needs, making me feel welcome and cared for throughout my time there. Located just a short distance from several landmarks, the apartments were in an ideal location for discovering the rich history and culture of Stari Grad.
One of the notable landmarks nearby was the Stari Grad Plain, a UNESCO World Heritage site, located just 1.78 km away from the Madrugada Apartments. This ancient agricultural landscape is a testament to the Greek colonization of the island over 2,400 years ago. Another nearby landmark was the Dominikanski samostan, a Dominican monastery dating back to the 15th century, which was located just 1.20 km away. Its beautiful architecture and serene atmosphere made it a must-visit attraction. Additionally, the Tvrdalj Castle, a 16th-century fortified palace built by the famous poet Petar Hektorović, was located a mere 1.18 km away. Its unique layout and stunning waterfront views made it a popular spot for visitors.
