Walking through the cobblestone streets of Old Split, I found myself drawn to the quaint Church of Saint Martin and the peaceful monastery of St. Frane, both just a leisurely walk away at 0.3 and 0.5 kilometers respectively. The atmospheric Live Museum gave me a fascinating glimpse into the past with engaging performances and exhibits that capture the essence of Split's history. Just as easily, I'd navigate to the Split City Museum, where I could further immerse myself in the local heritage. It was clear that every corner of this vibrant city held stories waiting to be discovered, showcasing a beautiful blend of history and modern life, all within a small radius that made exploring effortless and delightful.
