During my recent vacation in Split, I had the pleasure of immersing myself in the rich cultural tapestry and lively atmosphere of this stunning coastal city. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the Museum of Senses, located just 0.5 km away from my accommodation. This unique museum offered a playful and interactive experience, engaging all my senses in ways I never imagined possible. Just a short distance away, the iconic Cathedral of Saint Domnius, approximately 5 km from the museum, stood as a testament to the city’s rich history. Its Romanesque architecture and stunning bell tower captivated me, providing an extraordinary view of the city from above. Alongside these landmarks, I also explored the vibrant offerings of the local Lidl Makarska, just 1 km away, where I stocked up on snacks for my beach outings.

Split's vibrant atmosphere extends beyond landmarks, offering a variety of shopping and recreational opportunities. The Mall of Split, located about 3 km from the city center, is a modern shopping haven, featuring an array of international and local brands. For sports enthusiasts, the Sports Hall of Fame Museum, situated roughly 2 km away, highlighted the achievements of Croatian athletes, showcasing memorabilia and inspiring stories. I also enjoyed relaxing at Beach Camp Stobrec, just 2 km from my lodging, where the turquoise waters and sandy shores provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Additionally, I visited the Parish Church of St. Lawrence, an inviting historical site around 2 km away, which offered insights into local traditions. As I strolled through the charming streets, I felt a deep connection to Split's vibrant history and its welcoming community, making my vacation truly unforgettable.
