I also had the pleasure of visiting the Archaeological Museum Split, a bit farther at 2 km but well worth the journey, where artifacts dating back to the Roman period provide deeper insight into the city's ancient roots. The charm of the church and monastery of St. Frane, alongside the bustling Split Port, highlighted the beautiful blend of spirituality and everyday life in this coastal gem. Each landmark I visited contributed to the overall allure of Split, creating an unforgettable experience filled with history, art, and culture.
