Trogir, a charming coastal town in Croatia, is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its well-preserved medieval architecture and rich history. During my vacation, I found myself mesmerized by landmarks such as the historic City Hall and Central Square, both just a short stroll of about 2 km from the heart of Trogir. The Cipiko Palace, located 3 km away, showcases the town's aristocratic heritage with its intricate Gothic architecture. St. Peter's Church is another highlight, also 3 km from my accommodation, where I marveled at its impressive bell tower and beautiful interior. For a taste of local life, I visited Tommy Supermarket, which is conveniently just 1 km away, offering a variety of regional products perfect for a picnic.
Beyond the historical sites, Trogir also boasts stunning natural beauty. The nearby Copacabana Beach in Okrug Gornji, only 2 km from the city center, provided a perfect spot for relaxation, sunbathing, and swimming in the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. A visit to Mlinice Pantan and the adjacent Pantan area, both located around 2 km away, took me through scenic landscapes along the Pantan River, offering a lush contrast to the urban vibes. Additionally, the island of Čiovo, just 1 km from my location, is easily accessible and features beautiful beaches and scenic hiking trails. Each sight contributed to an unforgettable experience, blending cultural exploration with the natural beauty of Trogir's surroundings.
