Just a short walk from my accommodation, Ribola Market provided a lovely taste of local culture, offering fresh produce, artisanal goods, and a friendly atmosphere to immerse myself in daily Croatian life. The nearby Okrug Gornji Beach, just 0.5 km away, beckoned with its crystal-clear waters and golden sands, creating the perfect setting for sunbathing and leisurely swims.
As I explored the historic core of Trogir, I stumbled upon a wealth of stunning structures, each telling a story of the town's rich past. The iconic Trogir Cathedral, with its impressive Romanesque façade, was a highlight of my trip. Just a stone's throw from the cathedral, the North Gate greeted visitors with its grand architecture and served as a reminder of Trogir's fortified heritage.
