Impressions

During my vacation in Split, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere of this coastal city, rich in history and surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. Just a stone's throw from my accommodation was the Parish Church of St. Lawrence, a charming structure that reflected the region’s architectural heritage. A leisurely walk led me to the Museum of Senses Split, where I indulged my curiosity and enjoyed interactive exhibits that challenged my perceptions. The proximity of Trstenik Znjan beach and Znjan City Beach, both a mere three kilometers away, made it easy to unwind by the sea, soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm Adriatic waters.

Additionally, several nearby landmarks enriched my explorations of Split. I visited the historic Diocletianus Aqueduct, located just three kilometers from the city center, which originally supplied water to the ancient Roman Empire. The vibrant hub of City Center One Split, only four kilometers away, offered a modern shopping experience amidst the city’s rich culture, while Mravince and the Sports Hall of Fame Museum also drew my interest. The convenience of Lidl Makarska was a bonus for picking up local delicacies and essentials. Overall, my time in Split was a delightful blend of history, culture, and relaxation, making it a truly memorable vacation destination.
