The port serves as a gateway to the beautiful islands nearby, and its lively atmosphere reflects the joy of both locals and tourists alike. A stroll to the remarkable Cathedral of Saint Domnius also revealed the charm of Split as I gazed upon architecture that has stood the test of time, dating back to the 7th century.
